Elizabeth is an early educator with a wealth of experience working with young children. She earned a degree in Human Development and a teaching certificate to teach grades 1-6. Thereafter, she continued her studies to receive a director’s certification from the Department of Early education and Care. Working with young children has always been her passion and she made it her goal to see that children have an enriched early learning experience so that they can start their formal education with a solid foundation.
One of her core beliefs is that children need strong social emotional skills which is why a play-based preschool is so vital during these early years of development. Children need to be given opportunities to explore the world around them.
Additionally, she has owned and operated Nationally accredited home childcare programs and has been practicing the Reggio Emilia Discipline while creating curricula for her students. The children gain a view of their world organically. She is looking forward to working with our children and their families.
Elizabeth is the mother of two grown children, and she spends her spare time in the Cape, visiting the Berkshires, as well as listening to music, and going to various shows. She looks forward to it being a wonderful year.
